Luxair is looking to recruit cadets to start their flight training mid-2025
Hey there, aspiring aviator
As a pilot at Luxair, you will have the opportunity to fly to various exciting destinations, work within a dynamic and tight-knit community, and operate a fleet of high-performance commercial aircraft in accordance with state-of-the art procedures.

**Important Information before applying**
The Luxair Pilot Cadet Program is set to begin in mid-2025 and will take approximately 18 months to complete. It will be entirely pre-financed by Luxair, no upfront training investment is required from your side. Once you start flying in our Luxair cockpit, a portion of your salary will then be retained until a predetermined part of the training costs has been covered.
You will need to fulfil the following mandatory requirements at the beginning of training to be eligible for the program:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have or will have successfully graduated from high school and be qualified for university entrance by July 2025
- Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union (EU)/European Free Trade Association (EFTA)
- Have a clear criminal record, including any driving-related offenses
- Be able to obtain a valid EASA class 1 medical
- Be able to speak English fluently
- Be between 157 and 193 cm
- Be able to swim
