For our department _PMO and Business Analysis_** **within **LuxairGroup**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Program Office Project Manager_**
**_Main duties:_**
Support the Luxair Portfolio Management, the development of some projects and the increase of maturity in the Business Unit towards group PMM methodology.
- Project Management tasks such as:
- Gather requirements;
- Interact with IT for Solution Design creation;
- Build a Project Charter;
- Follow up on issues and Risks;
- Lead RFP process with providers;
- Develop Project Schedule;
- Monitor and Control Project Performances;
- Drive Steering Committees.
- Support to Portfolio Management:
- Provide input for Portfolio creation and consolidation;
- Contribute to identification of Dependencies and Constraints between Projects;
- Propose Conflict resolution.
- Methodology Continuous Improvement:
- Propose Simplification or Standardization of activities based on real life project experience and level of maturity of project key stakeholders;
- Build Proof of Concept in various Project Management Tools available in the market;
- Automating activities within the processes tackled in the assigned projects.
- Change Management:
- Support PMM methodology promotion amongst the projects of the Portfolio.
**_Required profile:_**
- BAC+5 in Business Administration or Management / Project Management;
- Attention to details without losing sight of the big picture;
- Ability to work independently without much supervision;
- Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written communication skills (English and French);
- Proactive, able to build strong relationships, influencing stakeholders and ability to drive projects in virtual and multicultural teams;
- Excellent organizational skills, event management experience advantageous;
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive change within assigned tasks.
