**Rattaché directement au **_Chief Risk Officer_**, vous êtes responsable de l’équipe en charge du suivi du risque opérationnel, de la coordination du contrôle interne et de la mise en place de la couverture assurancielle.**

**Responsabilités**:

- Gestion courante et planification des tâches de l’équipe Operational Risk Management
- Développement, implémentation, coordination et maintien du dispositif de contrôle interne, en cohérence avec les exigences légales et règlementaires et avec les orientations définies au niveau de la Banque
- Accompagnement méthodologique et de formation des métiers et fonctions de la Banque à la maîtrise du risque opérationnel, e.g., au travers d’un programme de culture de gestion du risque
- Recensement, analyse et suivi des incidents opérationnels remontés par la première ligne de défense
- Production des rapports de suivi périodique des risques opérationnels à vocation interne ou externe, e.g., reporting trimestriel au comité opérationnel dédié
- Mise en place de la couverture assurancielle
- Conseil et support au management

**Profil souhaité**:

- Profil ingénieur ou de niveau Bac+5 en économie, finance, risk management ou audit
- Expérience professionnelle de minimum 8 ans dans un poste similaire, une expérience dans une institution sous supervision directe de l’ECB est un avantage
- Connaissance du cadre réglementaire bancaire et des standards y afférents en matière de contrôle interne, _e.g._, EBA, ECB, CSSF, COSO
- Très bonne connaissance des activités bancaires, idéalement acquises sur le terrain au sein d'une banque de détail
- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel ; une aisance quantitative et dans la gestion des données ainsi que des outils d’exploitation (T24, Business Objects, SQL, VBA, JIRA) est un plus
- Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de présentation
- Esprit d’équipe
- Compétences managériales confirmées : Vision stratégique, animation et gestion d’équipe, capacité de décision, gestion du changement, capacité de prendre des initiatives
- Excellente maîtrise du français, bon niveau d’anglais, la connaissance du luxembourgeois étant considérée comme un atout
