**What you will be doing**

Develop and implement risk management processes and controls having regard to the increasing size and complexity of the Satispay’s business by:

- designing, developing and rolling-out of the ERM framework to deliver adequate identification, reporting, escalation, management and mitigation of risks
- giving the Authorised Managers, Risk Committee and Board of Directors a clear view of the risks within individual areas of the business or affecting the business as a whole
- discovering and assessing short/medium/long term emerging risk, analysing internal and external events
- providing oversight and challenge to product development processes, in particular in assessment of the risks connected with a new product features
- developing a risk appetite framework and defining and documenting the annual Risk Appetite Statement and risk tolerance limits for all risk categories
- continuous monitoring and reporting of the overall risk profile of the Company and compliance with the risk limits
- advising the Authorised Management and the Board of Directors on the implications on the risk profile of the Company and associated risks of strategic, tactical and operational decisions
- educating heads of department, area managers, peers and colleagues on risk best practices
- supporting the production and maintenance of the risk management policies, standard operating procedures, controls standards
- providing day to day management and continued professional development of the Risk Management team
- facilitating and providing reports to relevant Committee meetings, including Risk Committee, Audit Committee, IT Committee, Management Committee and Board of Director meetings

- +5 years experience of working at a senior management level within a risk management function, working in Enterprise risk or Operational Risk
- recognised Risk Management qualification and / or a recognised professional qualification e.g. ACA, ACMA, ACCA, IIA, CIP, LLP.
- experience of working in a financial services regulated environment and direct engagement with financial services regulators
- knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (Luxembourg and EU), particularly in respect of E-Money, PSD2, EBA Guidelines, Regulatory Technical Standards, GDPR and SEPA would be desirable
- ability to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders and provide practical, actionable and value added recommendations
- proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory); knowledge of French, Italian or German is considered a strong plus
- knowledge and passion for IT and technology processes and digital customer experience
- business acumen and ability to make sound decision confidently, driving consensus
- strong interest in or experience of Fintech and desire to work within a dynamic, innovative and constantly evolving environment

**Logistic & Salary**
Full-time position based in Luxembourg. Relocation to Luxembourg or in the close surroundings (cross-border distances) is required, with occasional business trips to Milan (HQ).
