**_ Billing Officer - Your Role :_**
- Overseeing the **complete billing process** to ensure precision and timely issuance.
- ** Evaluating invoices** to comply with internal standards and client agreements.
- Managing **e-billing** systems and following up on payments.
- Keeping track of client budgets and outstanding fees.
- Generating **monthly financial reports** for management review.
- Collaborating with the collections team to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Responding to inquiries related to billing from both internal and external stakeholders.

**_ Billing Officer - Your Profile:_**
- ** 3 to 4 years of billing experience in a law firm**, preferably in Luxembourg.
- Proficiency in both **French and English** (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong independence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with VAT regulations is a plus.
- A **Bachelor's** degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
