Generating and distributing monthly proforma invoices
Review of proforma invoices, reconciliation and implementation of client's instructions
Provide analysis and reporting for WIP (Work in Progress) and organize regular WIP meetings with partners to review the client portfolio
Editing and sending approved bills
Processing time sheet corrections and transfers
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding billing
Maintain billing data in the billing software
Submitting invoices through e-billing platforms
High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred
Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
You are well-organised and work with precision
Your work is methodical, and you are result-orientated
You have good communication and writing skills
Excellent skills with Excel are mandatory
Experience in professional or legal services is considered a plus.
You speak English and French
Good team spirit
Knowledge in E-billing (TyMetrix, Legal Tracker, Serengeti, Collaborati).
