**_Billing Officer - Your Role :_**

As a **Billing Officer**, you will be the gatekeeper of all things invoicing. Your key responsibilities will include:

- ** Managing the entire billing process** - from preparation to final submission.
- ** Reviewing and adjusting invoices** to ensure compliance with client agreements (no surprises allowed).
- ** Handling e-billing platforms** and following up on payments.
- ** Monitoring client budgets and outstanding fees** (with finesse and diplomacy, of course).
- ** Generating financial reports** for management review.
- ** Working closely with the collections team** to keep cash flow running smoothly.
- ** Responding to billing-related inquiries** from both internal and external stakeholders.

**_Billing Officer - Your Profile:_**
- ** 3 to 4 years** of experience **in billing**, **within a law firm** in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in **French and English** (additional languages are a plus).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
- Proactive and independent mindset - you don't just wait for instructions, you take the lead.
- Strong command of Microsoft **Excel** (pivot tables are your best friends).
- Familiarity with **VAT** regulations? Even better
