**They're Hiring: Billing Assistant**

**The Role**:

- Coordinating the client billing process in collaboration with the legal team.
- Ensuring the accuracy of billing data through thorough verification and reconciliation.
- Finalizing invoices, and ensuring compliance with agreed billing arrangements.
- Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, payments, and invoices.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and working closely with the collection team to ensure effective debt follow-up.
- Managing expense claims and invoices from third-party service providers.
- Handling various general administrative tasks related to billing.

**The Ideal Profile**:

- Previous experience as a billing assistant.
- Educational background in secretarial, accounting, or administrative work.
- Experience within a similar working environment or a Luxembourg law firm is advantageous.
- Fluency in **both** French and English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while working independently.
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks.
