**Your Responsibilities**|** Legal - Law - Attorney - Finance - Banking - Lawyer**
- You will take a leading role in **structuring** and **executing** sophisticated financing transactions, providing strategic guidance throughout each stage of the deal.
- It will be expected from you to act as a **key contact**for high-profile clients, building trust through clear communication, responsiveness, and commercially sound advice.
- You will **work closely** with colleagues from other practice areas and jurisdictions, ensuring an integrated approach on multi-jurisdictional matters.
- You will contribute to **enhancing the team’s knowledge base**, by sharing insights, identifying market trends, and supporting internal training initiatives.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Legal - Law - Attorney - Finance - Banking - Lawyer**
- You have at least **4 years** of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within law firms in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in **English**; French and any other language will be considered an asset.
- You are registered as a lawyer on **List I, II or IV**.
- To be successful in this role, you need to be **organized** and **proactive**, able to meet deadlines and perform effectively on all fronts.
- Strong **communication** **skills** are essential in order to maintain and develop lasting relationships with clients.

- You will earn a salary of up to **€130,000 gross per year**, depending on your experience and knowledge. This remuneration will make it easier to build personal and family projects or to travel.
