This recruitment arises from the creation of a new position within the Banking & Finance department, reflecting the firm’s growth and its commitment to strengthening its presence in Luxembourg. **Your Responsibilities**|** Attorney - Law - Lawyer - Legal - Finance - Banking**

- You will be **advising** a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, asset managers, and corporates, on complex financing transactions.
- You will be **drafting**, **reviewing**, and **negotiating** loan agreements, security packages, and related finance documentation.
- You will be **managing** structured finance, syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance mandates.
- It will be asking you to **assist** with regulatory banking matters and provide guidance on Luxembourg legal requirements.
- You will be **collaborating** closely with colleagues across departments and international offices on cross-border matters.
- You will be expected to **contribute to business development** initiatives and help strengthen client relationships.
- It will be asking you to take part in **mentoring** and **supporting** junior team members when required.

- You will have **at least 5 years** of experience in Banking & Finance law, ideally gained within a reputable law firm.
- You will be fluent in **French** and **English**; knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
- You will be comfortable handling a wide **variety of matters** and prepared to take on a versatile role.
- You will be recognized for your sense of service and your ability to build strong, **trust-based relationships with clients.**
