**Your Responsibilities**|**Associate B&F - Law - Legal - Law Firm - Banking & Finance**

- You will be responsible for **drafting**, **negotiating**, and **reviewing** legal documents such as financing agreements, security documents, and other contractual arrangements.
- In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on both **regulatory** and **transactional** matters, including cross-border financial operations.
- You will conduct **legal** **monitoring** to stay up to date with regulatory developments and proactively inform clients through newsletters or legal updates.
- You will assist in **structuring** and **implementing** complex financing transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
- You will **liaise** with clients, counterparties, regulators, and internal teams to manage transaction workflows and mitigate legal risks.

- You have at least **2 years** of experience in the Banking & Finance department within a law firm in Luxembourg enabling you to quickly become autonomous in managing your cases.
- Fluency in **English** is essential, allowing you to confidently communicate with your international clients and colleagues. Knowledge of French or German will be considered an asset.
- You possess a **proactive**mindset and excellent **analytical** skills, helping you manage complex transactions efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Your **communication** skills are outstanding, making you capable of building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.
