- You will be **advising** clients (lenders and borrowers) on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and syndicated loans.
- ** Drafting**, **reviewing**, and **negotiating** a wide range of finance documents such as facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
- It will be expected to **coordinate** with foreign counsel, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of complex transactions.
- ** Conduct** legal research and provide clear, business-oriented advice on banking regulations, licensing requirements, and financial services legislation.
- ** Supervise** junior lawyers, contribute to their development, and actively support knowledge sharing within the team will be part of your role.
