**Senior Associate Banking & Finance - Leading Law Firm**

We have the pleasure to assist a growing law firm that is well-established in several countries (present in Europe, Asia, United States ) and that has been present in Luxembourg for quite a few years now. As they have built a good name for themselves, which has led to their client portfolio growing, they are now looking for an Senior Associate Banking & Finance.

Their Luxembourgish office is led by highly experienced partners, who have allowed the firm to develop a high level client base in the country and also to provide a **top-notch** **and multidisciplinary service** in Corporate law, tax law, investment funds, banking & finance, capital markets and so on.

This law firm is represented by several hundreds of lawyers on an international scale, which is quite reassuring if you are looking for a firm that offers **stability** and the opportunity to be part of a network. Furthermore, the law firm’s size in Luxembourg is still quite human as there are a few dozen collaborators, so you can get to know your colleagues and work closely together.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Senior Associate Banking & Finance - Law - Law Firm - Legal**
- You are in charge of offering your clients legal advice on a wide variety of matters relating to banking transactions, business ventures and regulatory issues.
- You are responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field allows you to adequately assist your clients. As a Senior Associate, you will also be involved in mentoring junior associates in case they have questions or doubts.

- You have **at least 4 years** of experience as an associate in a law firm based in Luxembourg, more specifically in the Banking & Finance department.
- A good level of English and French is required for this position, as the international network of this law firm has allowed them to develop a **prestigious** and **renowned client base**.
- You have obtained a Master’s degree in Law as well as the CCDL. You are also a member of the Luxembourg Bar. You would describe yourself as an entrepreneurial person and are seeking to invest yourself in a law firm where everyone benefits from each other’s experience and know-how.
