**Description of the task**:

- Generally, this contract will support the Business Continuity Management in, by providing technical operational expertise for the execution of the business impact analysis according to the methodology used within the client, support the training & awareness activities on the topic, provide support the different business units and technical units drafting their business continuity and disaster recovery plans on the identified processes to support the successful implementation of EU Policies, especially the SMP (Single Market Programme) which implements the specific objective of producing and communicating high quality statistics on in a timely, impartial and cost-efficient manner.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- The Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Very good knowledge of the following frameworks:

- BCM framework of the European Commission.
- ISO 22316:2017 Security and resilience - Organizational resilience - Principles and attributes.
- ISO 22301:2019 Security and resilience - Business continuity management systems - Requirements.
- Business Process Modeling with BPMN 2.0.
- Project Management with PM2, including PM2 Agile.
- ITIL.
- Ability to provide feedback on Business Continuity topics and draft content and training material efficiently and fast.
- Ability to give business and technical presentations.
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in EC Digital Workplace environment.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills.

**Specific Expertise**:

- Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- At least 4 years of specific expertise in Business Continuity Management (min. competence level 4) 2.
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Business Process Modeling (min. competence level 5).
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Project Management (min. competence level 5).

**Certifications & Standards**:

- Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Foundation or PMI or PM2 or OpenPM2
- ITIL certification.
- BPMN related certification.
- BCM related certification
