The role of the Business Operations and Process Analyst is to evaluate, improve, and maintain an organisation's core operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow. Assess existing processes and systems, including researching, identifying and analyzing the efficiency of existing business and/or operational processes and making recommendations for change to ensure an improvement in client service, reduction in costs or an increase in efficiencies.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Managing day-to-day business operations of a business area(s).
- Interact with various stakeholders such as vendors and other internal stakeholders to resolve queries and engage with a variety of stakeholders and facilitates workshops to generate, review and update the new improved processes
- Track and report on business operational performance across business area(s).
- Manage ad hoc business operations type projects or programs
- Driving increased data quality and solving challenging operational business goals.
- Assist with the proactive identification of business and/or operational process improvements through data analysis to ensure constructive suggestions for change and identify potential cross-functional synergies and improvements that will ensure optimal performance within the assigned area of responsibility with clear measurable benefits.
- Facilitate the design / re-design of business processes including clarifying, identifying issues and facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of client service, efficiency, control and compliance
- Standardize, maintain, and document new or improved processes based on findings and analysis
- Assist with the definition of risk mitigation action plans to resolve existing gaps in processes
- Ensure that all new processes are tested prior to implementation and liaise with the required internal teams to ensure the change control and management process
- Assist with the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects related to business process improvement, against a predetermined project plan
- Assist with the scoping of projects and the identification of cause-and-effect relationships to ensure that the necessary steps are established to mitigate risk
- Ensure that the required change management processes are followed, and initiatives are implemented in line with NTT standards and methodology.
- Ensure that both internal and external stakeholder expectations are effectively managed through regular communication and accurate reporting as required

**Knowledge, skills and attributes**
- Knowledge of business operation process
- Knowledge in excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Ability to write procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of project management
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

- Analytical skills

**Academic qualifications and certifications**:

- Master's degree in relevant field

**Experience required**:

- +5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
- Relevant experience in a related environment
- Strong experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience working with workflow and process control software
- Experience conducting process modelling, gap analysis and requirements engineering with the delivery of appropriate artefacts to progress development and achieve business objectives
