**Working at NTT**

In this context, the aim of this internship is to improve the automation of access to internal information, increase the reporting coverage of the business process and achieve a higher level of process documentation.

**Your role will consist in**:
As a member of the project management team and the service delivery department, you will be playing an active role in all aspects of the business. This includes:

- Collecting, Visualising and Analysing Key Information
- Propose recommendations to improve the tool integration in our internal processes and implement them.
- Assist and Develop reporting.

You will work closely with your team members, and you will be able to drive your ideas as your own project.

Here, you will share experiences with various professional to develop your skills: an introductory training as well as a mentor assigned to you will guide you throughout your internship.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**

**Prerequisites**:

- 5th year University Master or similar
- Strong knowledge in Data Analysis and SQL$
- Familiar with process management
- Fluent in English
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
