Dealing Fund Setup Transfer Agent, Associate 2

Permanent Contract

Your Role

We are looking for a Transfer Agent, Associate 2 to join our Dealing Fund Setup team. You will be responsible for collecting and processing complex data as well as reviewing and implementing strict data quality processes and complying with the regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection. Focal point for the day-to-day administration and supervision of the daily Fund Setup operations within Dealing Services, you will work closely together with the Fund Setup Manager in ensuring that prospectus information is properly analyzed and applied within the core TA system.

Your Team

You’ll be working within the Dealing department and directly reporting to the Line Manager.

Your Responsibilities- Responsible for translating clients / prospectus information into iFast terminology as it relates to changes within umbrella funds / sub funds / share classes.- Facilitate amendments within the Transfer Agency static data- Assist internal departments related to fund setup inquiries- Provide guidance around fund setup methodology to the project teams prior to client onboarding processes- Maintain a log of all identified initiatives and appropriate documentation- Ensure awareness of and adherence to the key TA controls at all times- Work closely with the other departments within the IFDS.

Your Profile- Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics would be advantageous- 3-5 years’ experience of analysing and evaluating complex data- Transfer Agency experience/ detailed understanding of procedures- 2 years relevant working experience as a Team Leader in Transfer Agency or Financial Services would be a great asset- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially an advanced level of Excel- Administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure- A clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; organization skills for oneself and others; willingness to assume additional tasks in order to share workload within team/department; meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spirit- Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English (other European languages are an added value)
