Join a multinational asset manager in Luxembourg as a Transfer Agent, specialising in alternative investment funds (PE, RE, debt).

Transfer Agent:
Meraki are excited to partner with a multinational asset management company seeking a Transfer Agent with experience in Alternative Investment Funds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team in Luxembourg.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process subscription, redemption, transfer, conversion orders, merger events, equalisations, and dividend distributions.
- Maintain share/unit registers across various fund structures.
- Manage cash reconciliation before and after transactions.
- Maintain accurate investor data and oversee TA systems for all clients.
- Prepare fund reports and ensure efficient resolution of client queries within SLA deadlines.
- Conduct AML/KYC due diligence on investors according to regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Transfer Agent roles, preferably in a management company or asset services provider.
- Experience with alternative investment funds in Luxembourg (PE, RE, debt funds) and understanding of fund administration processes.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC and regulatory requirements.
- Experience handling complex investor structures.
