Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) consultant(e) Business Analyst disposant d'une expérience précédente en tant que TA (ou un TA souhaitant évoluer vers des fonctions de Business Analyst) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique basée à Luxembourg.

Dans ce rôle clé, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'un de nos clients bancaires prestigieux, en fournissant une expertise approfondie dans le domaine des fonds d'investissement luxembourgeois. Votre rôle consistera à analyser les processus existants, à identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et à proposer des solutions innovantes pour optimiser les opérations.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Réaliser des analyses approfondies des processus existants, des exigences métier et des besoins opérationnels
- Suivre et coordonner les tests métiers pour s'assurer de la conformité des solutions proposées
- Assurer le suivi post mise en production des projets et des évolutions, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes techniques
- Effectuer des analyses de données approfondies en utilisant SQL et d'autres outils pertinents
- Fournir un support de production en résolvant les problèmes opérationnels, en répondant aux demandes des utilisateurs et en proposant des solutions efficaces
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer la réussite des projets et des initiatives d'optimisation

**Qualifications requises**:

- Expérience antérieure en tant que Transfer Agent (TA)
- Solides compétences en analyse métier et capacité à traduire les besoins opérationnels en spécifications fonctionnelles claires
- Maîtrise des bases de données SQL et expérience dans la manipulation et l'extraction de données
- Excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité à interagir efficacement avec les différentes parties prenantes
- Orientation client et souci du détail pour fournir des solutions adaptées aux besoins spécifiques
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Fortes compétences analytiques et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive
