**Description**
- Nauw samenwerken met het Payroll-team om de salarisadministratie te beheren voor zowel bedrijfsmedewerkers als een klantenbestand;
- Ontwikkel expertise in het verwerken van salarisadministratie en zorg tegelijkertijd voor naleving van de salarisvoorschriften;
- Controleer de juiste toepassing van vergoedingen en voordelen voor alle werknemers;
- Ervoor zorgen dat de gegevens nauwkeurig zijn volgens de belasting
- en arbeidswetgeving;
- Verifiëren en beheren van payroll documenten en rapporten, met inbegrip van nieuwe aanwervingen en vertrekken;
- Genereer maandelijkse rapporten voor de financiële afdeling;
- Cultiveren van sterke relaties met klanten en bieden van hoge kwaliteit service;
- Assistentie verlenen aan werknemers en klanten bij vragen over salarisadministratie;
- Vertegenwoordigen van het bedrijf payroll diensten in vergaderingen met klanten.
**Profile**
- Diploma in een relevant vakgebied;
- Meer dan 5 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Bekendheid met loonprocedures in Luxemburg;
- Begrip van wettelijke en statutaire vereisten;
- Bekwaamheid in Apsal;
- Sterke Excel-capaciteiten;
- Uitstekend Engels in woord en geschrift, met vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Frans.
