We're looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, motivated, and organised individual to gain hands-on experience in event marketing whilst working with a dynamic team.

**What you will be working on**

**Event Organisation & Promotion**
- Support the events team in organising, promoting, and executing in-person and virtual events
- Research and source promotional items for events
- Manage branding assets and update the events calendar
- Welcome guests and provide on-site support during events

**Marketing & Administrative Support**
- Assist in various marketing and administrative activities
- Provide general support to the Sales & Markets team when needed

**What we look for**
- You're a Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Events, Customer Experience, Business, or a related field
- You're highly organised and detail-oriented
- You have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You're client-focused and have great communication skills
- You're fluent in English (French/German is a plus)
- You're positive, proactive, and a great team player
- You thrive in a multicultural environment
- You're looking for a mandatory internship of at least 6 months
- You're available from February 2026
