In this pivotal role on our People & Culture team, you'll play a key part in bringing our brand to life on campuses, supporting impactful events, and driving smooth operations behind the scenes. - Employer Branding & Campus Connections - Keep our Campus Calendar buzzing on our Intranet. - Share job opportunities on partner platforms to attract top talent. - Build strong relationships with partner schools and student networks. - Design or refresh our virtual presence with KPMG's profile. Contracts & Agreements Management - Oversee agreements with schools to keep partnerships thriving. - Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Risk Management teams. - Handle Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Notes like a pro. Job Fair Superhero - Register KPMG for exciting job fairs and career events. - Coordinate schedules and logistics for KPMG participants. - Organize briefings, debriefings, and prep sessions for success. - Ensure all facilities, materials, and presentations are polished and ready. **What we look for**: Education & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Public Relations, Communication, or Business Administration. - Mandatory Internship or Apprenticeship of 12 monthsminimum. - Fluent in French & English - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
