**About the Role**

Join our Marketing & Communications team as a Video Design Trainee and bring stories to life through engaging visuals.
This hands-on internship is your chance to work on real projects, sharpen your editing skills, and create content that connects with audiences inside and outside KPMG Luxembourg.

**What you will be working on**
- Planning, editing, and post-producing videos for events, interviews, podcasts, internal communications, and social media.
- Collaborating with designers, videographers, and marketing coordinators to ensure visuals are fresh and on-brand.
- Importing raw footage, syncing multi-camera edits, adding transitions, music, titles, and sound bites.
- Supporting light motion graphics, subtitles, and visual enhancements with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Adapting KPMG's branding to different video templates and deliverables.
- Helping maintain and organise our video library with consistent naming and metadata.

**What we look for**
- A mandatory internship of at least 5-6 months as part of ongoing studies in Video Design, Media, Film, Visual Communication, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut, with the motivation to improve your skills.
- A good eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics, plus curiosity about sound, colour, and editing techniques.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple small projects.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, aligned with our values: Integrity, Excellence, Courage, Together, For Better.
- Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
