One of our historical client, a renowned **international Law Firm** located in the heart of **Luxembourg-city** is looking for a **Legal Secretary** to join their team.
**Legal Secretary : Key responsibilities**:
- Draft, edit, proofread, and **finalize** **legal documents**, reports, and presentations;
- Handle submissions to the Luxembourg Business Register and manage related administrative tasks;
- **Organize meetings**, travel arrangements, and assist with client events or ad-hoc projects;
- Assist with billing processes, prepare invoices, manage expense claims, and **coordinate with internal teams**;
- Update databases and assist with KYC procedures as needed.
**Legal Secretary : Your Profile**:
- **2-5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role in a law firm, ideally in Luxembourg.**:
- **Fluent in French and English**;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- **Excellent organizational**, communication, and able to work in a dynamic environment;
- **Proactive team player**, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- High level of integrity and discretio**n **when handling sensitive information.
