Lead Analyst, Fund Administration

**Description**:

- Ensure the net asset value oversight review of all funds are performed on a timely basis in accordance with BNY Mellon standard or client specific procedures and timetables, with zero error tolerance.
- Ensure the NAVs are accurately communicated to the relevant parties according to the client specific agreed procedures.
- Ensure that Luxembourg regulatory reporting is performed within deadlines.
- Supervise the timely payment of fund expenses.
- Ensure BNY Mellon standard procedures and controls are being adhered to on a daily basis by all staff under supervision.
- Communicate new procedures on a fund to all relevant staff.
- Ensure standard controls are at all times sufficient, have been rigorously adhered to and properly applied and are understood by staff.
- Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
- Ensure client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable.
- Provide non-daily services/reporting to all clients.
- Act as central point of contact for launches, liquidations, queries, budget and billing reviews.
- Provide tax reporting in a timely manner, in coordination with the overseas offices.
- Review of General Partnership Accounting.
- Assistance in monitoring and maintaining outsourcing governance in accordance with CSSF Circular 22/806.

**Human resource management**:

- Ensure work scheduling and staff supervision.
- Ensure your team are fully trained on the accounting systems and on our standard and client-specific procedures and controls and for alerting line management of specific training needs.

**Management reporting**:

- Keep line Manager informed regarding salient aspects of the group's progress, work efficiency levels and client servicing issues.
- Responsibility for accurate and timely update of management information system (MIS) information relating to allocated funds.

**Financial accounts/Fund audits**:
Ensure all audit queries are accurately and fully responded to with minimum delay.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum educational requirements:

- Third level qualification in business related discipline. Accounting Qualifications preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, INREV reporting guidelines.

**Essential skills**:

- Proven track record as a solid Fund Accountant or fund auditor, responsible for the daily review of navs.
- Strong MS Office skills (VBA knowledge is a plus).
- Fluency in English required, plus any other language (French/German) would be considered an advantage.
- Control and risk minded.
- Good interpersonal and client management skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and meet the demands of clients.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- PC literacy.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.

**Essential knowledge**:
At least 4 years work experience within a similar environment. Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.

**Desirable knowledge**:

- Supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with Geneva, Yardi, or Investran accounting platforms.
- Private markets (Debt, Real Estate, Private Equity) fund administration experience.
