Domaine de responsabilité
- Répondre aux demandes concernant les produits et plateformes de notre client
- Fournir une assistance technique
- Prise en charge du développement et de l'expansion des relations clients
- Mise en place et exécution régulière de revues pour la mise en œuvre des directives externes et internes
- Représenter notre client lors d'événements tels que des séminaires, des ateliers et des salons professionnels.
- Baccalauréat
- Vous avez un haut degré d'engagement et la capacité de travailler en équipe.
- Vous avez l'habitude de travailler de manière proactive et avez d'excellentes compétences en communication.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et vous vous distinguez par votre flexibilité.
- Vous avez une pensée entrepreneuriale et placez des exigences élevées sur la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Vous avez une attitude professionnelle envers les clients.
- Vous êtes parfaitement trilingue Allemand / Français / Anglais (la maitrise d'autres langues sont des atouts majeurs).
- Une expérience en service à la clientèle et en vente est un plus.
- Vous avez acquis une première expérience sur les marchés financiers et êtes également intéressé par les investissements privés.
- Développement personnel par la formation et des qualifications professionnelles supplémentaires
