Within the Finance and Accounting Department based at our Arendt 9 location in Hamm, we are looking for:
**Accounts Payable Accountant**:
**Your role**:
Under the responsibility of our Accounting Supervisor and after receiving training on our processes and tools (ERP Elite) you will integrate our Accounts Payable team (3 people) for all entities under Arendt.

Your main missions will be:

- Enter supplier invoices and credit notes while ensuring proper cost accounting;
- Prepare and analyze reports for directors/governance;
- Analyse and follow up on the supplier trial balance;
- Actively participate in the reconciliation of supplier expectation accounts;
- Support the business teams for any question related to accounts payable;
- Update and contribute to the maintenance of the good quality of the Master Data suppliers;
- Ensure that payment deadlines are met;
- Update procedures related to accounts payable;
- Carry out the encoding of expense reports and bank card statements.

Project Management:

- Participate in the implementation of a purchasing software in order to optimize the Procure-to-Pay process of the group;
- Actively participate in Accounts Payable continuous improvement projects.

**Your profile**:

- You have a higher education degree (minimum 2 years in finance and accounting) and 3-5 years of recognized experience in Luxembourg in a fiduciary or in a similar position;
- You are versatile, organized and methodical, and have a good analytical mind;
- You have a degree in Finance/Accounting;
- You have gained at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable in a Fiduciary or in the Accounting Department of a Commercial company;
- You are fluent in written and spoken French and have a good command of English;
- You are known for your discretion and integrity;
- You are able to work in a team;
- You are familiar with the usual computer tools and in particular Excel.

- A perfect command of computer tools and more particularly of Excel is required.
