German Speaking Customer Account Officer

On behalf of our client, a prestigious bank, we are looking for a “German Speaking Customer Account Officer (M/F/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Performing periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and within deadlines
- Supporting the senior relationship managers from coverage teams to identify new opportunities
- Interact with clients and their representatives during the onboarding stage and KYC process
- Handling complex account related queries and executing all processes and tasks of the life-cycle of a wealth management account
- Serving comprehensive overview about the bank, services and products
- Drafting minutes if present in client meetings and assisting in the preparation of client meetings
- Providing execution services of all kinds of transaction services requirements and product ap-plication processes such as deposits, loans, payments, statements and security transactions
**Your Profile**:
- At least 3 years of expertise in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Good understanding of bank processes, policies and services
- Fluent in German and English, any other language is considered as an asset
- Strong teamwork and organizational as well as problem-solving skills
