**_ Senior Compliance RC _**_- Your Role :_**

In dieser strategischen Rolle in der **zweiten Verteidigungslinie** sind Sie für die Einhaltung der regulatorischen Anforderungen und die Integrität der luxemburgischen Fonds verantwortlich.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

- ** Betreuung von RC-Mandaten** für etwa 15 alternative Investmentfonds.
- Entwicklung und Optimierung des Compliance-Programms, sowie Erstellung und Umsetzung relevanter Richtlinien.
- Durchführung von AML/KYC-Prüfungen und UBO-Analysen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Monitoring neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen

**_ Senior Compliance RC _**_- Your Profile:_**
- ** Erfahrung**: 5 bis 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer **ManCo** oder einem **AIFM** in Luxemburg.
- ** Fachkenntnisse**: Umfangreiches Wissen zu alternativen Investmentfonds, AML/AIFM-Gesetzgebung und Erfahrung in KYC-/UBO-Prüfungen.
- ** Sprachen**: Fließende Kenntnisse in **Deutsch** und **Englisch** (Französisch ist von Vorteil).
- ** Persönliche Stärken**: Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen, Genauigkeit und Innovationsgeist.
