**Conducting Officer Compliance | AIFM**
We are currently working on a very interesting role of a **Conducting Officer for Compliance** with a newly established AIFM in Luxembourg operating globally in the private equity, real assets and credit investment funds markets. The primary function of the role is to lead the Compliance, AML and Delegation Oversight.
The Conducting Officer will be a key member of the AIFM Senior Management and wider Luxembourg leadership team.
**Key responsibilities**
- Design and develop mandatory policies, procedures and processes of the AIFM and the AIFs
- Oversee the compliance monitoring plan
- Act as RC for the AIFM and AIFs.
- Conduct CSSF filings and general liaising with the CSSF on compliance and AML topics

**Key requirements**
- University degree in legal, finance, business or compliance, and/or other professional qualifications relevant to the role
- 7+ years’ experience in compliance and AML/CFT with a focus on alternative investment funds and alternative investment strategies
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg AIFM Legal & Regulatory environment
- Management experience and some operational experience preferred
