**Summary**:
In this role as a Finance Director you will be in charge of the reviewing, ensuring the proper functioning of accounting, corporate and administration requirements for a dedicated portfolio of funds.

You will have the opportunity to work across a great variety of investment funds within the Real Estate industry, as well as collaborating with the deal team and investors.

The company continues to expand and need to hire a new Finance Director. They would like this new person to be an accounting expert, someone with strong technical skills, able to anticipate problems and bringing solutions; someone who will be happy to communicate with deal/investment teams, as well as with external counterparties.

You will report to Managing Directors.
Your main function will be to coordinate the teams below you, as well as service providers and other teams (legal/compliance/tax) and fund managers, to ensure everything is going well for the funds. You will be involved in every step of the funds.

Some of the duties include:

- Overseeing and controlling the work done by service providers, and internal teams, making sure accounting and tax comply with relevant regulations and are accurate;
- Review quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and investor reporting;
- Manage all capital call and distributions requests;
- Ensuring deadlines will be met for deals/transactions;
- Review some legal documents drafted by lawyers for deal implementation;
- Participate to board meetings, sits on valuation committees;
- Marketing, capital raising, closing and documentation process for new investors;
- Work on various projects, improve and/or create processes.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position within the Finance industry (ideally within an Asset Management company);
- ACCA qualified or equivalent;
- **Fluent in English; **French is a plus;
- Experience working with Real Estate funds;
- Excellent communication skills and can work autonomously;
- Take initiatives, possesses great organizational and communication skills, problem solver.
