Currently we are collaborating with a renowned PFS in Luxembourg in its search for a Fund Corporate Officer to join its team to support the business activities.
This PFS offers a complete service line to its esteemed clientele of mainly financial companies (SOPARFI, Holdings, SPVs, PE/RE, UCITS and AIF) such as Corporate administration, Accountancy, Compliance, Tax, Domiciliation and so on.

By joining this PFS you will be able to have a clear career path internally since its career prospects are clearly defined : become Assistant Manager or even Director in the future

Your Responsibilities | Fund Corporate Officer - Corporate - PFS - UCITS - Legal

As a Fund Corporate Officer, you will have to handle, from the constitution to the liquidation, your portfolio of clients. This portfolio mainly consists of UCITSand a few AIF.

You will be asked to draft legal documentation needed for your clients, and you will also be in direct contact with them.

You organize and prepare board meetings and you will draft the related minutes afterwards.

You will be named as the main point of contact with clients, notaries, banks and relevant administrations such as the CSSF.

Profile and Career Path | Fund Corporate Officer - Corporate - PFS - UCITS - Legal

During your career, you have acquired an experience as Corporate Officer of at least three years within a PFS, Fiduciaries or Fund Administrator.

A previous exposure to, and experience with, UCITS is required for this position.

You are able to fully communicate in English (full professional proficiency) to guarantee an optimal integration with your colleagues and for your relationships with the clients.

**An extensive salary package is offered by our partner**: Meal Vouchers of 10.80 €, health insurance and additional holidays (29 days off per year).

Up to 65 000 € gross per annum plus a discretionary bonus that could reach two months of salary will be offered to you, allowing you to truly benefit from financial satisfaction and security for the years to come. Of course, this salary will evolve along with you as you achieve more responsibilities in the structure.
