A prestigious fund business is looking for a Corporate officer to provide a hands-on professional service to corporate clients.

You’ll directly report to the Co-Head of Corporate and Corporate Managers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Directly supervise the day-to-day work of one or more Legal Officers;
- Organize quarterly board meetings for the portfolio companies
- Supervise the organisation of other board meetings of the portfolio companies
- Review or draft minutes of board meetings, shareholders’ meetings
- Supervise the team’s interactions with notaries, external counsels, other advisors
**Profile**:
- University degree in a related area
- +4 years experience
- Knowledge on Luxembourg company law
- Experience with unregulated entities at SPV level, AIF, Real Estate or Private Equity funds
