**About the role**:
Great opportunity, for a Fund and Corporate Legal Officer to join our client in their new set up office in Luxembourg. You will manage day-to-day corporate secretarial matters, governance, and administrative aspects of a portfolio of domiciled funds and their underlying SPVs. We are looking for an excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group as well as clients and third-party service providers (where applicable).

**Key responsibilities**:

- Transaction monitoring.
- Take charge of the preparation of Board meetings, along with board packs, attend and minute the meetings and follow-up on action points.
- Drafting of legal documentation related to the Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General meetings of shareholders.
- Take part in the onboarding of new clients and ensuring that relevant AML/KYC and CDD is in good standing

**Skills**:

- Degree educated
- 2,5 years of experience in Alternative Investment Funds, preferably in **Private Debt**:

- English, additional language is a plus.
- Team player, bubbly and honest personality
