Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - PSF - PFS - Legal

You handle the day to day legal-corporate life for a portfolio of UCITS.

You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements.

You are responsible for handling communications with third parties (banks, auditors, administrations) as well as with your clients.

You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and may be asked to assist.

You will be the first point of contact for a junior corporate officer and are happy to provide assistance when necessary.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - PSF - PFS - Legal

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate/Legal officer in a PFS, ManCo or fiduciary and would consider yourself to be autonomous in handling a portfolio of clients.

Fluency in English is mandatory as you will work in an English-speaking environment and will be surrounded with people coming from all over the world.

You have a good understanding of the fund industry in Luxembourg and the applicable legislation.

You are experienced on UCITS funds and want to handle this type of clients for the future.

Full salary package with many attractive fringe benefits such as meal vouchers (10.80€), health insurance, an annual bonus (above the market average) as well as additional holidays which will only increase with your seniority.

Your gross annual salary can reach € 67.000 depending on your experience and skill set.
