**Business Relationship Experienced Advisor - Sustainable Construction**
Luxinnovation, Luxembourg’s national innovation agency, is looking for a Business Relationship Experienced Advisor - Sustainable Construction (M/F) to join its National Business Relationship Management Department. You will focus on supporting both the traditional and the wood based construction organisations to innovate.
As a _Business Relationship Experienced Advisor - Sustainable Construction, _you will identify the needs of various organizations and contribute to the creation of support projects by the expert teams of Luxinnovation (Business Relationship Management; Assessments & roadmap; Fund; EIP) or other stakeholders within the Luxembourgish ecosystem.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your key responsibilities will include:
**Inspire**
- **Organize and lead**collaborative workgroups on strategic sustainable construction topics.
- **Provide**expert insights and contribute to the organization of events.
- **Stay informed**on market trends and regulations, european and national, to guide organizations with a forward-thinking strategic approach.
- **Support**marketing and communication efforts to highlight Luxembourg’s innovation ecosystem and leadership in construction.
**Evaluate**
- **Understand**companies’ innovation needs and assess how Luxinnovation’s services align with their requirements.
- **Present**a clear and complete Luxinnovation service path, offer tailored Luxinnovation services or connect them with other support providers.
- **Help**companies access funding, R&D collaborations, and adoption programs in supporting the decarbonisation and digitalisation of the construction organisations.
**Connect**
- **Develop and lead**a network by connecting organisations, research centers, and businesses to foster innovation and collaboration.
- **Facilitate**strategic partnerships by linking companies with the right decarbonization, circular and digital solutions and ensuring effective service delivery through client relationship management (CRM).
- **Build and nurture**relationships by ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and a clear overview of all ongoing activities through continuous follow-up.
- **Enhance**collaboration by connecting stakeholders and aligning ecosystem services.
**Support**
- **Strengthen**engagement with companies to enhance their access to decarbonisation, circular and digital support.
- **Increase**the number of construction companies accompanied by Luxinnovation in their innovation journey.
- **Improve**the conversion rate from initial meetings to the adoption of Luxinnovation services.
- **Expand**outreach to new companies to raise awareness and encourage engagement.
- **Work closely**with key **partners** to integrate this sector into broader innovation strategies, ensuring that the construction remains a key pillar in Luxembourg’s ecosystem.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- You hold a master’s degree in civil engineering, business, or a related field.
- You have a proven experience in the construction sector, business development, or consulting.
- You have a strong understanding of the construction transformation challenges.
- You have deep insight into construction and the associated decarbonisation and digitalization challenges, understanding how innovative strategies and sector-specific workflows can accelerate the transition toward sustainable practices.
- You have strong analytical skills to gather, document and prioritize business requirements.
- You can translate business needs into actionable digital strategies.
- You have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across industries. You can understand the needs and concerns of both companies and other organizations.
- You are comfortable speaking in front of large audiences, engaging them effectively and maintaining their attention. You listen attentively to questions or concerns, address needs with clarity, and tailor your presentations and content to the specific audience.
- You demonstrate adaptability in evolving environments, maintaining a positive, problem-solving attitude. Your proactive mindset enables you to anticipate challenges and drive solutions with confidence and efficiency.
- You are dynamic, results-oriented, and proactive - ready to take ownership and drive change.
- You can work well with cross functional teams.
- Fluency in French, English, Luxembourgish and/or German is mandatory both spoken and written.
