**Trainees - Clusters / Business Relationship Management (M/F)**:

- 6-month full time internship, 2025. Ref.: INTCLUS_

One of the missions of the Business Relationship Management (“BRM”) department is, among others, to animate clustering activities with different types of companies that share innovation interests (idea collection, matchmaking, thematic workshops, collaborative project generation, etc.).

The team in charge is looking for two dynamic and motivated trainees (M/F), who will actively participate in the daily support activities for companies, as well as in the organisation of its thematic events and workshops. We offer 6-month full-time internships (starting dates in 2025, to be defined).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- In collaboration with the cluster managers, support the organisation, planning and execution of national events and workshops
- Contribute to the practical organisation of the event
- Maintain contact with speakers and contributing participants / organisations
- Collaborate with the communication department on the narratives and content
- Administrative support tasks

**ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- ** **Ongoing studies in management, administration, marketing, communication or economics (Bac+3/4 level)
- Any experience that can attest to your interest in organising events and engaging with customer will be considered an asset
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong commitment to follow through on tasks and team spirit
- Organisation skills and ability to demonstrate a certain degree of autonomy
- Perfect command of the French language. Good oral and written level in English. German and Luxembourgish are considered a plus.
- Mastery of the Office suite
