Hosted at Luxinnovation, the Digital Innovation Hub is part of a European initiative aimed at bringing together supply and demand in the context of the digitisation of industry, in particular SMEs. Its role is to facilitate contacts between companies that need access to digitisation skills, technologies, services and support mechanisms on the one hand, and digital technology and service providers as well as research organisations that meet the needs of industry, on the other.

The recently created Innovation & Funding Support department (“IF&S”) department comprises the following services:

- ** Defence Activities**supporting Luxembourg industry and research organisations in integrating the European defence value chain (EU/NATO) and developing solutions in response to agreed capability needs.
- ** Assessments & roadmaps**supporting manufacturing companies in their digital transformation journey while also delivering tailored performance programmes that help businesses tackle specific challenges related to digitalisation, sustainability, and innovation. In addition, the team manages Luxinnovation’s involvement in the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) alongside partner organisations, providing companies with expert assessments and high-value matchmaking services.

As part of its strategy to support innovation and digitalisation in Luxembourg, the Digital Innovation Hub is looking for a Senior Advisor Digital Transformation (GB/FR).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting maturity assessments, diagnostics, and developing strategic roadmaps to help manufacturing companies optimize their digital transformation journey, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Guiding businesses—both large enterprises and SMEs—through the identification, structuring, and implementation of digital opportunities, including automation, cybersecurity, and advanced data-driven decision-making, ensuring they can enhance their performance and long-term economic development.
- Facilitating connections between industrial companies and digital solution providers, research institutions, and funding opportunities to drive impactful collaborations, while ensuring the alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives and industry best practices, in support of the Business Relationship Managers.
- Leading change management initiatives by fostering a digital culture, upskilling teams, and promoting agile methodologies to support seamless digital adoption.
- Sharing knowledge, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and actively seeking synergies to create value, drive innovation, and enable sustainable digital transformation.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- You hold a master's in science or engineering.
- You have a background in the manufacturing industry or consulting within the manufacturing sector, giving you a strong understanding of industrial challenges and transformation strategies.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of industrial processes and a proven ability to translate business challenges into technological solutions.
- You are deeply passionate about industrial processes and technology, particularly in driving IT/OT convergence.
- You have a strong track record in leading and delivering digital transformation projects and programs.
- You excel at identifying business needs and translating them into actionable, strategic roadmaps.
- You are dynamic, curious, and highly customer
- and results-oriented.
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively at all levels in a customer-facing role.
- You are a team player with a passion for innovation and industrial excellence.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and French is essential. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is a strong advantage.
