The Business Relationship Management (BRM) department provides continuous support to companies and private research centres throughout their innovation journey. Its mission is to understand business needs and connect them to Luxinnovation’s services or other ecosystem offerings to help realise their innovation ambitions.
Within the BRM department, the International Business Relationship team focuses on expanding the international outreach of Luxembourg’s priority sectors - in particular mobility, by identifying foreign investment opportunities and attracting innovative companies to strengthen the national innovation ecosystem.
As an **International Business Relationship Senior Advisor/Manager**, you will be involved in the diversification strategy for Luxembourg’s digital tech industry. With a focus on emerging technologies, digital transformation, and tech-driven mobility solutions, you will play a key role in enhancing Luxembourg’s international visibility as a digital technology hub, fostering international partnerships, and driving targeted business attraction efforts.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Your key responsibilities will include:
**Connect**
- **
Build and nurture**strategic relationships with global tech players, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to continuously expand Luxembourg’s digital network.
- ** Facilitate** partnerships between Luxembourg’s tech ecosystem - including startups, clusters, research institutions - and international actors, leveraging leads generated through prospection.
- ** Collaborate**with key national stakeholders, Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Ministry of the Economy, House of Entrepreneurship, Chamber of Commerce, and digital innovation hubs, to promote Luxembourg internationally.
- ** Coordinate**closely with the Marketing and Communication teams to align prospecting pipelines with communication and investment strategies, ensuring an impactful international outreach.
**Inspire**
- In collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Ministry of the Economy, **translate**Luxembourg’s national digital priorities into actionable international prospection strategies, integrating insights from targeted prospection activities to identify new market opportunities.
- ** Define and implement** a clear prospection roadmap for the digital sector, with measurable KPIs that align with Luxembourg’s diplomatic and economic objectives.
- ** Collaborate**closely with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Ministry of the Economy and Luxembourg Trade and Investment Offices (LTIOs) to synchronize prospection efforts with Luxembourg’s international agenda.
- ** Lead**thematic workgroups focused on tech-driven challenges - such as AI, cybersecurity, data, mobility - to uncover emerging prospects and innovative solutions.
**Evaluate**
- **
Assess** the digital innovation needs of international companies identified through active prospection and align them with Luxembourg’s support ecosystem.
- ** Work** closely with the Market Intelligence team to monitor digital market trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities, ensuring a data-driven prospection strategy.
- ** Monitor and analyse** the performance of international development and prospection activities using data analytics and market insights.
- ** Provide feedback and insights**to streamline collaboration with the Market Intelligence team, thereby contributing to refining effective prospection strategies.
**Support**
- **
Serve**as the primary contact for foreign digital companies attracted through targeted prospection efforts, tailoring sector-specific value propositions to meet their needs.
- ** Guide** companies through Luxembourg’s digital innovation and business environment, based on insights gathered from prospecting and market intelligence.
- ** Represent**Luxembourg’s digital sector in expert panels, public events, and international forums, emphasizing its proactive and coordinated approach to market development.
- ** Share**knowledge and support the continuous improvement of team capabilities in digital business development, international prospection, and cross-sector collaboration.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
