The mission of Luxinnovation's Business Relations Management department is to provide continuous support to companies and research centres throughout their innovation journey, understand their needs and direct them towards relevant Luxinnovation services or other ecosystem offerings to support their innovation needs.

As a Business Relationship Advisor – AI Factory, you will be at the forefront of advancing Luxembourg's AI ecosystem, building strong connections between companies, research institutions and AI solution providers. Reporting to the Luxembourg AI Factory Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI transformation, fostering high-impact partnerships and establishing Luxembourg as a key-player in artificial intelligence.

We are seeking highly motivated Advisors with experience in the fields of the green economy, finance, space or cybersecurity to support the Luxembourg AI Factory programme and Luxinnovation's AI related activities. The Advisors will play a key role in identifying and supporting startups and SMEs, engaging with the relevant ecosystems and managing strategic projects that strengthen Luxembourg's AI-driven sectors. The ideal candidates are proactive and strategic thinkers with experience in their respective fields, community engagement and project management.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:
Inspire

• Organise and lead collaborative workgroups on strategic AI topics.
• Provide expert insights and contribute to the organisation of events.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulations to guide organisations with a forward-thinking strategic approach.
• Support marketing and communication efforts to highlight Luxembourg's innovation ecosystem and leadership in artificial intelligence.

Evaluate

• Understand companies' innovation needs and assess how Luxinnovation's services align with their requirements.
• Present a clear and complete Luxinnovation service path, offer tailored Luxinnovation services or connect organisations with other support providers.
• Help companies access funding, R&D collaborations and AI adoption programmes, with a strong emphasis on the Luxembourg AI Factory.

Connect

• Develop and lead a network by connecting solution providers, research centres and businesses to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Facilitate strategic partnerships by linking companies with the right AI solution providers and ensuring effective service delivery through client relationship management.
• Build and nurture relationships by ensuring ongoing engagement, surveying user satisfaction and providing a clear overview of all ongoing activities through continuous follow-up.
• Enhance collaboration by connecting stakeholders and aligning ecosystem services.

Support

• Strengthen engagement with companies to enhance their access to AI adoption support.
• Increase the number of companies supported by Luxinnovation in their AI journey.
• Improve the conversion rate from initial meetings to the adoption of Luxinnovation services.
• Expand outreach to new companies to raise awareness and encourage engagement.
• Work closely with Luxinnovation departments and other key partners to integrate artificial intelligence into broader innovation strategies, ensuring that the Luxembourg AI Factory remains a key pillar in supporting Luxembourg's industrial ecosystem.

Skills And Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, innovation management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the following ecosystems in Luxembourg: green economy, finance, space or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and a passion for leveraging AI to drive community engagement and innovation.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across different sectors.
• Ability to solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions and contribute to the strategic growth of AI applications in the ecosystem.
• Willingness to explore new AI-driven innovations and emerging business models.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and seize AI opportunities
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable navigating challenges and delivering results under pressure.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Luxembourgish, German or French is a plus.
