- You are responsible for recording the shipment data in the system.
- On-time and proper customs clearance of all shipments in compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
- You create all the necessary documents and freight papers to ensure a proper transport.
- Checking and maintaining loading schedules.
- You will work in close contact with drivers, warehouse staff, dispatchers and freight forwarders.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Proven professional experience in a comparable position.
- Advanced knowledge in imports and exports as well as in custom regulations.
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift).
- Fluent in English, any other language is considered as an advantage.
- You are a communicative team player who keeps a cool head even in stressful situations.
