**HR Generalist (fixed-term contract)**:
Your role

**As an HR Generalist your role will entail**:
Oversee and fully coordinate the payroll preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Luxembourg regulations;
Follow-up on all types of leave (sick leave, exceptional leave, paid leave);
Overview illness certificates, report to CNS, and reconcile reimbursements;
Manage maternity, paternity, and parental leave requests;
Onboarding of new hires;
Prepare employment contracts and process documentation;
Update and encode data in the HR system;
Manage entry declarations and set up mandatory medical examination meetings;
Follow up on resignations or dismissals;
Complete leaving check-lists and perform exit interviews;
Provide necessary reporting;
Manage the overtime process for all eligible staff;
Process and respond to employee queries, providing relevant information regarding HR questions;
Handle various administrative tasks essential for smooth HR operations;
Participate in various HR projects in line with business requirements;
Continuously update and develop human resources IT systems.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR compensation & benefits or administrative roles, ideally in the financial/banking sector in Luxembourg.
**Languages**: fluency in French and English are mandatory; intermediate level of Italian will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, social and fiscal legislation, and a deep understanding of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
Initiative, flexibility, and result-oriented with a team spirit mindset.
