We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & People Operations Generalist to join our team. As an HR & People Operations Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of people operations regarding team members around Europe. Your excellent problem-solving abilities and human-centric approach will contribute significantly to the success of our organisation.
**What will you be doing**:
- Act as both principal and back-up for the payroll coordination of one or more of these regions: Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
- Dealing with the full employee’s life-cycle (drafting contracts, managing employment changes, promotions, terminations) for one or more of the regions mentioned above.
- Submitting and processing all leave types: sick leave, maternity, parental leave, study leave etc.
- Drive Work Permit Applications through from A to Z
- Liaising Internal matters working cross-functionally with the Talent Acquisition team, making sure that contracts are prepared in a timely and correct manner.
- Liaising External matters ensuring compliance with all new labour laws and initiatives by managing communication with payroll providers and labour law consultants
**What we are looking for**:
You:
- Have 1-2 years of previous experience with the responsibilities above in one or more of the following territories: Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands.
- Possess fluency in English and either German, Dutch, and/or French
- Discreet and professional when dealing with personal and confidential information
- Highly organised and pay great attention to detail
