By joining our HR/Finance team as a Senior HR Generalist you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Heads of Department in supporting the growth of their teams.

As **Senior HR Generalist **you will have several responsibilities:

- You will report directly to the CEO
- You will work on all HR processes - constantly developing and improving them
- You will be responsible for the communication and relation with staff delegation and employees
- You will work closely with the Heads of Department.
- You will manage all the Recruitment processes (job ID announcement, interview, negotiation, contract.)
- You will be responsible for the annual training program, ensuring internal skills meet company strategy and goals
- You will be helping with the payroll process
- You will provide Legal support / guidance in all HR matters
- You will also develop and improve the HR policies and ensure high quality HR service is provided
- You will be collaborating with feeding the HR KPI
- You will be in charge of relations and negociation with HR service providers.

**Your profile**:

- You have 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role in Luxembourg
- You have a background within an IT Company
- You have an excellent knowledge of Luxembourg labour law
- You will be open and flexible in an environment which is constantly evolving
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- French and English are mandatory
