**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to and resolve escalated incidents from Level 1 support within defined SLAs.
- Support user account administration (Active Directory, Exchange, Azure AD).
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Manage and deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Assist in IT asset management, including inventory, device imaging, and replacement cycles.
- Support remote and on-site users through ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to resolve complex issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- **3+ years** of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and mobile device management (Intune, AirWatch, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
