Dans le cadre de notre activité, ING Luxembourg recherche un(e):
**Restructuring Officer (h/f)**

**CDD**

Cette fonction vous permettra d’évoluer au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire coopérant régulièrement avec les autres départements de la banque tant au niveau local qu’au niveau du Groupe ING.

**Description de la fonction**:
Vous intégrerez le département Credit Risk Management d’ING Luxembourg SA composé de 15 personnes situé à Luxembourg Ville.

Vous aurez pour mission principale de sécuriser, réduire et gérer l’exposition crédit d’ING Luxembourg SA sur des clients de tous profils présentant un risque accru.

Ainsi vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Intervenir dans la détection des dossiers au profil de risque dégradé.
- Réaliser une analyse complète de la situation des clients.
- Négocier avec les clients et d’éventuelles tiers intervenants (représentants, administrateurs, avocats, cautions,), des solutions d’amélioration de leurs situations.
- Être en charge de la mise en œuvre des actions retenues et de leurs suivis.
- Suivre l’évolution de votre portefeuille clients et rendrez compte de votre activité dans le cadre de comités ad’hoc.

**Votre profil**:

- Formation et expérience _:

- Formation niveau universitaire BAC +3/5 à orientation économique et financière ;
- Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans un environnement bancaire de préférence dans la gestion active des crédits (contacts commerciaux, analyse crédit et/ou prise de décision)
- Compétences _:

- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Bonnes connaissances des différents types de crédits
- Bonnes capacités de communications tant orales qu’écrites
- Aisance dans les négociations
- Sens des responsabilités, flexibilité et rigueur
- Autonome en appréciant également le travail en équipe
- Dynamique et proactif
- Langues _:

- Connaissances orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais indispensables. La maîtrise de toute autre langue et principalement du Luxembourgeois ou de l’Allemand serait un atout.
