**JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTANT SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE**
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking part in the setup of companies and implementing international structures as part of restructuring plans, mergers and acquisitions;
- Close coordination and communication with the Managers of the companies and the Director/Corporate team in the day-to-day of the companies;
- Coordinating independent tax specialists and lawyers as a part of setting up companies;
- Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the companies of the Group and following up with third parties;
- Handling the company’s accounts (LuxGaap), filing under eCDF and preparation of the periodic reports and regulatory reports for the company’s entities;
- Reviewing financial statements and consolidated accounts, and coordinating the audits;
- Preparation of the VAT returns for the companies concerned, maintaining relevant contacts with the VAT advisors in Luxembourg or abroad and with VAT Luxembourg authorities;
- Reviewing tax returns and tax balances and maintaining relevant contacts with the tax authorities;
- Responding to clients' requests in close collaboration with external tax advisors, if needed.
- Preparing and handling the BCL Reporting for the companies concerned.
**Profile**:
- Degree in Accounting & Finance;
- 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of accounting or domiciliation in Luxembourg;
- Strong knowledge of the accounting rules and tax requirements in Luxembourg;
- Fluent in French and good level in English;
- Good knowledge of the accounting software (knowledge of WinEUR software will be an asset)
- Strong professionalism and motivation to join a Family Office;
- Organized, punctual, efficient and independent;
- Team spirit and animating spirit, capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
