**Corporate Officer Inhouse - SPV, Multicultural Teams**

We are currently assisting an investment firm in its search for a Corporate Officer. With over 50 employees in its different departments, with a human-sized team in the corporate governance team in Luxembourg, the structure is currently seeking to strengthen its workforce.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate Officer - Legal - Corporate - SPV - Funds**
- You handle the corporate governance for a variety of SPV, from the constitution to the liquidation.
- You are responsible (amongst other tasks) for the board meetings, draft of minutes, approval of annual accounts, capital increase and decreases and so on. You work closely with your team as well as the Head Of to ensure the work is handled smoothly and within the due deadlines.

- At least **2 years of experience or more** as a corporate officer in a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg is necessary. You have been exposed to your files from the constitution to the liquidation.
- You have acquired experience with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) and are looking to deepen your skillset on these entities.
- You speak **English** fluently in order to integrate well in this new team and to exchange easily with your clients.
- You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Any other diplomas or certifications are a plus. Your open-mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.
