- You will be involved in the daily corporate governance of the **real estate funds**, in close collaboration with a Senior colleague and your manager.
- Additionally, you will be in charge of the preparation and organization of board meetings and shareholder meetings as well as general meetings (annual, extraordinary). Then, you will be asked to draft the minutes of those meetings. The approval of annual accounts, the opening of bank accounts and updating the relevant registers (RCS/RBE) will be included in your daily tasks.

- You have **between 1 and 5 years** of experience as a Corporate Officer, either inhouse or in a financial service provider. You have acquired experience with SPV and/or Real estate funds.
- Fluency in **English** is an absolute prerequisite. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered an asset.
- Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in law? Then this will be a plus as well.
