Your Responsibilities | Legal Officer - ManCo - Corporate - Legal

The day-to-day legal administration of financial entities will be part of your responsibilities, mainly made up of SPVs, SCSPs, SARL, GPs. You will take care of the board and shareholder meetings (general and extraordinary) by preparing and organizing them. Then, you will have to draft related documents, reports and minutes.

Drafting legal documentation will also be one of your tasks. For instance, you will handle the approval of accounts, agreements, loan agreements and other documents linked to the lifecycle of entities from the constitution to liquidation.

As Senior Legal Officer, you will supervise juniors and assistants within the team, in close collaboration with your manager.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Officer - ManCo - Corporate - Legal

You have had the opportunity to build your experience in Luxembourg, ideally in an investment firm, fiduciary or PFS during at least four years, allowing you to have a good understanding of your future position and the Luxembourg investment fund industry.

A previous exposure and experience with unregulated funds (PE/RE, Private Debt, AIFs) is requested for this opportunity.
